This is the last match in the first half of this season. In order for Okayama to make the survival in the division club, they were required to obtain points as many as possible.


Mid-fielder, Suzuki can be the one to watch out for. He is well-experienced and has been ever-present with his leadership as the first choice.

The head coach, Kiyama placed the same starting line-up as the last sec. Lucas was on the reserve list. He was expected to conclude the game. Former Fagiano target man, Mitchell Duke was on the bench.


After the kickoff, the home club struggled to take control of the game. In the 3rd minute, Brodersen showed a fine saving. For the first ten minutes, they were able to make any attempts. In the 26th minute, Ichimi opened the score with his supeb shot crossed by Sato. In the 38th minute, corner was given to Okayama. Sato's attempt was off target, crossed by Tabei. In the 41st minute, Ichimi failed to add a second. In the 44th minute, Sato nearly doubled their lead.


In the 55th minute, Fujita tried to find the net. Righ after that, Kimura added a second with his superb strike, assisted by Tabei. In the 62nd minute, Ichimi was replaced by Lucas. At the same time, Duke also came off the bench. In the 76th minute, Okayama conceded a goal. Five minutes later, the game was equalized by Duke. During the added time, Tatsuta was not able to clinch the game. As a result, both clubs shared a point.

Match Preview 18th Sec : VS Machida Zelvia at JFE Stadium on May 25

Machida made an amazing performance in 2023, finishing in the 3rd position of the division 1 even through the rival were newly promoted from the lower league.


The former Fagiano forward, Mitchell Duke can be the one to watch out for. He main plays as a substitute. The red-uniformed men are required to mark the Australian target man with an extra care.

This sec, Tagami and Ichimi were back in the starting line-up. Tagami looked highly motivated to face his former club. Lucas was on the reserve list. He was expected to clinch the game.


Four minutes after the kickoff, Sato tried to find the net, provided by Tabei. And a corner was given to the home club, nobody was not able to take a shot. In the 10th minute, Esaka smash the net with his superb header, from Tabei's set piece. However, in the 15th minute, the game was equalized. In the 24th minute, Sato nearly found the net. Right after that, Suzuki's header was denied by the rival's goal keeper. In the 39th minute, Ichimi almost smash the net.


Two minutes after the break, Tabei showed a nice strike. In the 50th minute, Brodersen made a fine saving. Later, Okayama showed several good attackings. In the 56th minute, a penalty was given to Kiyama's men. And then he made a clincher. In the 63nd minute, Fujita showed an amazing header, but it was off target. In the 67th minute, Lucas came off the bench to secure the game. In the 76th minute, another substitute, Iwabuchi failed to add a third. In the 80th minute, Esaka's attempt was off target.

Match Preview 17th Sec : VS Albirex Niigata at JFE Stadium on May 18

The rival club target to survive in the division 1 club. In order for Okayama to make a survival, they are required to obtain three points.


An experienced forward, Ono can be the one to watch out for. He can trigger the club's attacking and also score goals. The red-uniformed men are required to mark him with an extra care.

This sec, Sato and Kimura were back in the starting line up. Both were expected to score goals to bring the victory to the their fans. The former Fagiano attacker, Nakama started the game.  


Ten minutes after the kickoff, Esaka's attempt was denied by the opponent. Two minutes later, Tatsuta made a nice blocking. The visitors struggle to have more ball possession. In the 21st minute, Kudo showed a fine blocking. In the 29th minute, Abe missed the chance to open the score. In the 43th minute, Tabei saved his team, blocking Kashiwa's attacking.


Sato was replaced by Kato to change the game. In the 50th minute, Brodersen made an amazing saving. In the 55th minute, Kimura nearly found the net. Right after that, corner was given to Kiyama's men. Abe was not  able to smash the net with his header. In the 76th minute, Kashiwa made an opener. In the 86th minute,  Ichimi almost equalized the game. However, the rival club added a second. The red-uniformed men were not able to obtain points.

Kashiwa barely survived in the division 1 last year. On the other hand, this season they've been in a good form so far, staying in the top group of the league table.


In Kashiwa, there are four former Fagiano man, Katayama, Nakama, Naruse and Shirai. They seem highly motivated to face their former club in Kashiwa.

After the kickoff, Okayama struggled to create chances. In the 12th minute, Lucas nearly found the net. Later, the visitors had less ball possession. In the 21st minute, Tatsuta showed a nice blocking. In the 37th minute, Esaka's cross was cleared by Tokumoto. In the 42nd minute, Lucas's attempt was off target. The first half ended in a scoreless tie.

Iwabuchi was replaced by Sato. In the 62th minute, Sato almost found the net. In the 72th minute, Kimura came off the bench to change the game. A minute later, Brodersen made a nice blocking. In the 86th minute, the  visitors failed to clinch the game. Four minutes later, Tatsuta's header was denied by the opponent. The match ended in a score less tie.

This season, Grampus struggle around the bottom the division 1 League. This powerful club have lots talented players so that they are expected to get up to top group of the league table.


Former Fagiano defender, Tokumoto have been ever present so far this season. He can create chances with his amazing crosses so that he can be the one to watch out for.

Later, they faced the difficulty to create chances. In the 30th minute, Tatsuta's attempt was off target, cornered by Tabei. In  the 40th minute, Brodersen showed a stunning saving. The first half ended in a scoreless tie.


Six minutes after the break, the visitors conceded an opener. In the 54th minute, Lucas and Kamiya came off the bench to change the game. However, the game remained the same. In the 73th minute, the opponent added a second. In the 79th minute, Brodersen made another fine saving. In the 86th minute, Yanagi's header was denied by the opponent. During the added time, Esaka almost smash the net.

The rival club won the division 1 league in a row for the last two years. Needless to say, they are one of the title favorites this year, however, they are struggling as of now.


This rival club have lots of talented players. Former Japan international, 2024 MVP player of the division 1 League, Muto is one of these. The red-uniformed men are required to mark him with an extra care.

This sec, Kato and Lucas were back in the starting line up. Lucas was expected to score goals. Kamiya and Iwabuchi stood by on the bench to change the game.

Two minutes after kickoff, Tabei tried to open the score, but his shot was ballooned over the bar. In the 8th minute, Esaka failed to make a strike, crossed by Tabei. In the 12th minute, Lucas was not able to grasp a chance. Six minutes later, he missed another chance for an opener. In the 25th minute, Kato almost found the net. In the 35th minute, Brodersen made a fine saving. The first half ended in a scoreless tie.


Four minutes after the break, Abe tried to open the score. Two minutes later, Esaka almost smash the net. In the 61st minute, Kato's attepmt was blocked by the opponent. In the 76th minute, the home club conceded an opener. In the 68th minute, Matsumoto failed to equalize the game. In the 79th minute, Kamiya and Iwabuchi came off the bench to change the game. In the 42th minute, Gleyson missed the chance for an equalizer. As a result, Okayama lost to the rival.
