This is PRIDE OF CHUSHIKOKU DERBY. This sec, Kawamoto started the game instead of Australian forward, Mitchell Duke who has been called up for his international duty. Former Fagiano forward, Fujimoto missed this match due to his suspension.  


After the kickoff, the visitors aggressively kept forward. In the 10th minute, Tokumoto's strike was saved by Ehime's goal keeper. Five minutes later, Uejo's attempt was off target. In the 20th minute, his another goal scoring chance was denied by the opponent's keeper. In the 26th minute, Kawamoto tried to open the score. In the 34th minute, Tokumoto's header was stopped by the rival. The first half ended in a scoreless tie.


13th minutes after the break, Shirai tried to score an opener. Five minutes later, Saito and Kimura came off the bench to change the game. However, the home club struggled to find the net. While, Arima's men struggled to create chances.  After the interval, Yamamoto was sent onto the pitch to change the game. In the 62nd minute, Uejo showed a fantastic mid-range shot. During the added time, Hikida made a superb equalizer, making it tie.


Former Fagiano forward, Fujimoto has an established presence in Ehime. The red-uniformed men are required to be careful about his shooting ability and speed. This is PRIDE OF CHUSHIKOKU DERBY so that the match is expected to be highly heated.

In the 19th minute, his attempt was denied by the opponent's goal keeper. In the 28th minute, he failed to grasp another chance. In the 33rd minute, Kiyama's strike was off target. Six minutes later, Paulinho's shot was ballooned over the bar.


Three minutes after the break, Shirai tried to open the score. In the 58th minute, Kimura came off the bench to change the game. In the 68th minute, Kimura's attempt was blocked by the rival. Two minutes later, Uejo's strike was saved by Kitakyushu's goal keeper. After the cooling break, Kimura missed the chance for an opener. In the 25th minute, he stroke a superb opener, assisted by Kawano. Afterwards, Arima's men mostly dominated the game. Seven minutes after the break, Kawano failed to double their lead. In the 71st minute, Uejo almost found the net. Later, the red-uniformed men successfully kept a clean sheet.


The rival's key player is playmaker, Takahashi. He has been constantly present this team so far. He can trigger the club's attacking. Okayama defenders are required to mark him with an extra care.
