This sec, Mimura was listed as a starter instead of Katayama. A Korean defender, Kim Jin-Kyu stood by as substitute for the first time since he joined the club. On the other hand, Verdy's attacker, Daisuke TAKAGI was list on the reserve list.   


Nine minutes after the kickoff, Ito provided a cross with a free kick, but nobody was able to take the chance. Right after that, Nakabayashi made an excellent saving. In 15th minute, Tokyo's striker, Douglas da Silva Vieria got injured and he was replaced by Daisuke TAKAGI. In 18th minute, Akamine failed to make an opener. Six minutes later, he headed off. In 26th minute, Mimura's shot was saved by Tokyo's goal keeper, Suzuki. Three minutes after that, Verdy's midfielder, Chugo found the net with a penalty kick. In 36th minute, the captain, Iwamasa got a yellow card for the fourth time this season. Therefore, he is not able to play at the next sec. During the added time, he failed to equalize the match with his header. 


After the break, a young attacker, Toyokawa came off the bench. In 46th minute, Akamine's header was saved by Suzuki. Eight minutes later, a young playmaker, Yajima stroke a mid-range shot. In 59th minute, an ace attacker, Oshitani smashed an excellent equalizer. Later, Okayama actively kept attacking. Mimura almost added a second. After that, both Toyokawa and Akamine were not able to grasp the chance. In 68th minute, Sawaguchi provided a magnificent cross, but Toyokawa was not able to take a shot. In 76th minute, Oshitani got injured and he was replaced by Kubo. In 82th minute, Verdy's defender, Ibayashi netted a second. Right after that, Toyokawa failed to equalize the game. In 85th minute, Kim Jin-Kyu came in. Later, Akamine headed off. However, red-uniformed men were not able to equalize the game. The result was very disappointing for Okayama.
