This sec, Okayama's coach, Nagasawa placed the same starting line-up as the last sec. Veteran for ward, Akamine was on the reserve list. He was expected to conclude the game.  Swedish striker, Simovic stood by as a substitute. 


After the kickoff, Okayama struggled to have possession. In the 9th minute, they conceded an opening goal by Omiya's ace attacker, Omae. Two minutes later, a goal keeper, Ichimori showed a superb saving. In the 18th minute, an attacker, Saito tried to change the situation and got a free kick. An experienced playmaker, Ueda tried to equalize the game, but his free kick was denied by the opponent's keeper. Two minutes later, a striker, Nakama's attempt was off target. In the 31st minute, he had another chance, but he was not able to grasp it. Six minutes later, Saito failed to provide a cross with his teammates.
 

After the break, the red-uniformed men aggressively kept pushing forward. In the 52nd minute, Nakama got a foul close to Omiya's box. Ueda smashed the net with his beautful free kick. Four minutes later, an experienced attacker, Ito's corner was cleared. Right after that, a rookie mid fielder, Takeda's shot was off target. In the 61st minute, Akamine came off the bench. In the 72nd minute, an experienced defender, Goto almost made a clincher, crossed by Ueda. Five minutes later, Akamine nearly finalized the match. In the 80th minute, a playmaker, Otake was sent onto the pitch. Later, Saito was replaced by Fukumoto. The rookie forward missed the chance for a clincher. The match ended in a tie.
