Match Review 7th Sec : VS Omiya Ardija at Nack 5 Stadium on April 3

This sec, head coach, Arima placed the same starting line-up as the last sec. A young forward, Fukumoto was listed on the reserve list. He was expected to play to chgange the game. Former Fagiano attacker, Sakai started the game.


Five minutes after the kickoff, Korean poacher, Lee Yong-Jae tried to enter the box, but it was offside. Two minutes later, an experienced playmaker, Ueda's corner was cleared by Omiya's defender. In the 16th minute, Okayama had a corner twice, but all were denied by the rival. In the 34th minute, Lee Yong-Jae entered the box and tried to open the score. Three minutes later, an experienced goal keeper, Kanayama showed a fine saving. In the 40th minute, Ueda's set piece was blocked by the opponent. In the 40th mintue, Ueda failed to provide a cross into the box. Right before the interval, an experienced attacker, Saito missed the chance to smash the net. The first half ended in scoreless tie.


Four minute after the break, Lee Yong-Jae was not able to make an attempt. In the 53rd minute, he missed another chance for an opener. One minute later, he headed off target. In the 61st minute, Fukumoto sent off to change the game. In the 62nd minute, Saito successfully found the net, assisted by Ueda. Later, Okayama suffered from the host's countercharge.Arima sent two players, Shimoguchi and Masuda onto the pitch. In the 80th minute, Shimoguchi missed the chance for a clincher. After that, the visitors shockingly conceded two goals. During the added time, a defender, Hiroki tried to make an equalizer, but it was denied by Omiya's goal keeper. As a result, the red-uniformed men were defeated by former division 1 club.
