In the 14th minute, the home club conceded an opening goal. Afterwards, they struggled to create chances. In the 37th minute, Ishige tried to equalize the game with his free kick. Two minutes later, his header was denied by Akita's goal keeper.


Two minutes after the break, Ishige's strike was cleared by the opponent. In the 55th minute, his free kick was cleared by Akita. In the 66th minute, Arima sent LEE Yong-Jae and Kimura onto the pitch to change the game. In the 77th minute, Mitchell Duke nearly found the net. In the 45th minute, LEE Yong-Jae missed the chance for an equalizer. During the added time, Abe smash the net with a superb equalizer. As a result, the match ended in a tie.
