2024:Sanuki made the survival to the division 3

Kamatamare Sanuki finished in the 16th position, barely survived in the division 3. In order to compete for the playoffs next year, the club are required to enhance the club's strength.
 

In 2024, Tottori made good efforts, ending up in the 13th position. Former Fagiano attacker, Matsuki made 32 appearances as the first-choice. He established his role as an ace attacker with 11 goals.


Imabari finally got the ticket for the division 2 next year, finishing at the 2nd position. Their performances were constantly stable throughout the year. The club are expected to take a leap at the new chapter.

The club decided not to extend the contract with young mid-fielder, Igawa. He had one appearances at the emperor's cup this year.


The departure of young goal keeper, Taniguchi has been announced. He played for Giravanz Kitakyushu on a loan in 2024. He signs with Kitakyushu on the permanent deal for 2025.


The second goal keeper, Hotta decided to get back to his home town, Sendai next year. He was the first-choice before Brodersen came to Okayama. He had no appearances for the league campaign in 2024.

Young attacker, Iesaka joins the club. He is from Chuo University, however, he is originally the product of  Tokyo Verdy's academy.


Mid-fielder, Takahashi leaves Okayama. The veteran had ten appearances this season and made a contribution for the promotion.

After the kickoff, the home club aggressively kept attacking forward. In the 17th minute, Tagami's attempt was denied by Sendai's keeper. In the 20th minute, Sueyoshi opened the score with his beautiful strike. Five minutes later, Ichimi failed to add a second. Five minutes after the break, Hayashi nearly found the net. In the 57th minute, Brodersen showed a fine saving. In the 61st minute, Motoyama added a second with his excellent shot. Later, Head coach, Kiyama sent Takeuchi, Kamiya and Lucas onto the pitch. Afterwards, the home club successfully kept a clean sheet against the rival.

The club finally secured the promotion to the division 1 for the first time in their club history. This is the long waited moment for Okayama. Next year, the club's journey will begin in the top league of the country. Firstly, they are expected to survive in the league.

After the kickoff, the visitors aggressively kept attacking forward. In the 15th minute, Iwabuchi's attempt was denied by the opponent. In the 23rd minute, Kimura almost opened the score with his header. In the 31st minute, Motoyama found the net with his superb opener. Three minutes later, Iwabuchi added a second. Seven minutes after the break, he was replaced by Kamiya. In the 82nd minute, Suzuki almost added a third. Two minutes later, Kimura smash the net with his splendid strike to secure their victory.  


On December 7th, the club meets the 6th-placed rival, Vegalta Sendai at City Light Stadium. This is the last match of the division 2, and the most important match for Okayama for the promotion to the division 1. Kiyama's men are expected to make the day the history for them.
