2024:The long-waited moment for Kochi
Kochi United fnally secured their promotion for J League division 3, finishing at the 2nd position of JFL and defeating the 19th club of the division 3, YS Yokohama. This had been long-waited moment for Kochi.
Another promotion club are Tochigi City FC. They showed an unstoppable run at the second half of the league campaign so that they won the championship of the league.
The other clubs aiming for J League, Hirakata, Shiga and Mie could not reach the top two. They are expected to make a comeback next year.

2024:More difficult for the promotion to J League division 3

2023:Kochi lost the ticket for J league division 3
Only one Chogoku region club, Kochi United finished in the 7th place of 15 clubs, which was better than the last year, 11th place. Throughout the season, they stayed close to the mid table, avoiding the relegation race.
In the new term, it is expected that there will be a tight race for the promotion to J League division 3 since finishing in the top ten is the much to challenge for J league.

ReinMeer Aomori FC are one of the promotion favorites. They sign with talented players to enhance their strength.

2022:Shimane and Kochi had a hopeful season in JFL
Kagura Shimane, aiming for J League, ended up in the 12th place of the league, which was worse than last year, the 5th position. Next year, they are expected to compete for the top four, the promotion to J League division 3.

2022:More JFL clubs aim for J League division 3
The league is literally difficult to predict. In this league, there are more clubs with J League 100 Year Plan holder, aiming for J League division 3. Veertien MIE, FC Osaka, Suzuka Point Getters, Verspah Oita and Nara Club. They all lost at the last match of the 2021 season and missed the ticket to the division 3.
The newly-promoted club, Criacao Shinjuku are also one of the J League 100 Year Plan holders. Former Fagiano men, Ueda and Okamoto play for this club.

2021:Matsue and Kochi made a strong showing in JFL
Matsue City FC, aiming for J League in the near future, showed well-performance, ending up in the 5th place of the league, which was the best position in the club's history. Next season, they are expected to compete for the top four with the club's new name, Kagura Shimane.

2021:Tight race in JFL

2020:Matsue and Kochi made efforts in JFL
Matsue City FC, aiming for J League in the near future, had better season than their first year in JFL the club barely secured their survival in the league. Next season, they are expected to compete for the top four.
Another Chogoku region club, Kochi United finished in 14th place of 16 clubs. During the first half of the season, the club struggled to obtain points however, afterwards, the club started performing better.
Next term, there will be 17 clubs in the league. It is expected that there will be a tight race for the promotion to J League division 3.

2020:JFL is worthy of remark
Needless to say, the title favorite is Honda FC. they have won the league for the last four seasons since they don't aim for J League. They can be the stopper for the other club aiming for the professional league.
Another favorite is Tokyo Musashino FC. The club made it to the fourth place last year, but they were not qualified for J League division 3 due to the lack of the necessary condition.
Tegevajaro Miyazaki, who finished in the fourth place last term, can be the one to watch out for. The club
signed with several remarkable players so far. Their priority is to finish within top four.

2019:Matsue City FC barely survived in JFL
During the season, the club revealed the lack of ability to win with only 26 goals in 30 matches, which was the worst in 16 JFL clubs. At the last sec, Matsue barely secured getting out of the relegation zone.

2017 season in Japan Football Leauge is worthy of remark
One of the title hopefuls is Vanraure Hachinohe. Last year, The club ended up in the 7th place and failed to get up to J League division 3 even though their new home stadium was completed last October. This season, the club made a deal with former Gainare Tottori's coach, Hashiratani and also, acquired a young goal keeper, Kiwada on a loan from Fagiano Okayama.
Nara Club are one of J League 100 Year Plan holders. This year, the club made an agreement with former Sagamihara SC's coach, Satsukawa. Last year, they ended up in the 10th place. This year, the club successfully obtained J League license for the division 3, therefore, they are expected to make a breakthough this term.
A new comer, FC Imabari is also the one to be worthy of note. Before this season, the club acuired some former J league' players. Their new home studium is scheduled to be completed this year so that they are expected to show good performances for the promotion.

Tight race in Japan Football League
Other clubs aiming for J league such as Nara club and Vanraure Hachinohe were not able to achieve their goal. Hachinohe had a tough season, ending in 7th place last season. Last year, the construction of their new home stadium was completed so that they were highly expected to be qualified for the division 3.
