Match Preview 19th Sec : VS Zweigen Kanazawa at Ishikawa Kanazawa Stadium on June 20

In the early stage of the last season, Zweigen made a breakthrough in the division 2 even though this was the first time for the club to play in the league. As a result, Kanazawa ended up in 12th place.


This season, Zweigen acquired Brazilian striker, Romarinho, the son of the world class player, Romario. He has been expected to reinforce the club's attacking dramatically, but he has been in a slump so far. An ace forward, Mizunaga is the one to watch out for. On June 12, Kanazawa faced Giravanz Kitakyushu. During the match, both teams actively kept attacking. Ten minutes after Kitakyushu made an opener, Kanazawa's forward, Yamasaki stroke an equalizer. Later, both clubs added a goal respectively. In 59th minute, Giravanz's striker, Ikemoto smashed a decisive third, securing their victory. As a result, Kanazawa were defeated 2 - 3.


This season,  Zweigen have been suffering in a slump. As of now, the club stay with 11 points at the bottom of the league.Okayama are expected to score an opener to dominate the match.
