This sec, a rookie playmaker, Hikida started the game for the first time in his career. Veteran forward, Saito was expected to score his first goal this term.


In the 10th minute, Shirai's cross was cleared by the opponent. In the 20th minute, Uejo nearly smash the net. In the 33th minute, Hikida stoke a shot, but it was off target. Four minutes later, Shirai's attempt was blocked by the rival. Right before the interval, a corner was given to the home club. Shimoguchi brought a lead to his club with an excellent strike.


Four minutes after the break, Hikida's attempt was ballooned over the bar. In the 54th minute, Uejo almost found the net with his mid-range shot. In the 67th minute, Yamamoto was not able to shoot after receiving a ball in Mito's box. In the 70th minute, Okayama conceded an equalizer. In the 75th minute, Kanayama  showed a fine saving. In the 85th minute, Saito was replaced by Miyazaki due to his injury. In the 86th minute, Fukumoto's header was denied by Mito's goal keeper. In the 89th minute, Mito made a clincher. As a result, the red-uniformed men were not able to bring a victory to their fans at their home stadium.
