Six minutes after the kickoff, Semba's attepmt was blocked by Tokusihma. Two minutes later, Mauck's strike was off target. In the 12th minute, Lucas missed the chance for an opening goal. In the 14th minute, Tanaka's shot was denied by the opponent. In the 22nd minute, Takagi was not able to grasp the chance to open the score. Two minutes later, he failed to take another chance. In the 29th minute, Kawai's strike was over the cross bar. In the 33rd minute, Mauk was not able to take the target. The first half ended in a scoreless tie.
