Okayama visited Kashiwa on May 10th. After the kickoff, Okayama struggled to take control of the game. In the 21st minute, Kudo showed a fine blocking. In the 29th minute, Abe missed the chance to open the score. In the 50th minute, Brodersen made an amazing saving. In the 55th minute, Kimura nearly found the net. In the 76th minute, Kashiwa made an opener. In the 86th minute,  Ichimi almost equalized the game. However, the rival club added a second. The red-uniformed men were not able to obtain points.
