This sec, former Gamba forward, Ichimi was back in the starting line-up. He seemed highly motivated to face his former club. Lucas and Kimura were on the reserve list. They were expected to change the game.


After the kickoff, the club struggled to have more ball possession. In the 10th minute, Fujita entered the box and Iwabuchi smash the net with his amazing shot. Two minutes later, Kiyama's men tried to double their lead, but it was offside. In the 16th minute, Iwabuchi's attempt was off target. Ten minutes later, he missed the chance to add a second. In the 35th minute, Iwabuchi added a second with his superb strike. In the 40th minute, he failed to find the net with his header.  

After the break, Iwabuchi was replaced by Lucas, however, Okayama struggled to attack forward. In the 59th minute, Tagami showed a nice blocking. Two minutes later, Kimura and Matsumoto came off the bench to change the game. In the 70th minute, Lucas's strike was denied by former Fagiano goal keeper, Ichimori. Two minutes later, Kimura's shot was saved by him again. In the 44th minute, corner was given to the visitors and Kimura clinched the game with his stunning header. As a result, the red-uniformed men successfully obtained three points.
