This sec, head coach, Arima placed some fresh players such as Noguchi and Matsuki in the starting line-up. Veterans, Ueda and Akamine stood by on the bench. Former Fagiano man, Fujimoto started the game.

A minute after the kickoff, a free kick was given to the home club, but they were not able to grasp the chance.  In the 20th minute, Noguchi's header was off target. In the 27th minute, goal keeper, Popp William showed an excellent saving. In the 38th minute, Noguchi missed the chance to open the score. The first half ended in a scoreless tie. 

Four minutes after the break, Uejo entered the box, tried to smash the net.  In the 57th minute, Ueda and Akamine came off the bench to change the game.  Four minutes later, Akamine's attempt was blocked by the rival. In the 74th minute, Uejo almost found the net. In the 88th minute, the red-uniformed men conceded a clincher. During the added time, Akamine failed to equalize the game with his header.
