This sec, a legend, Kaji was back as a starter. A young attacker, Toyokawa was listed in the starting line-up. He was expected to play as a chance-taker. An ace striker, Oshitani stood by as a substitute. He was anticipated to finalize the game.
Five minutes after the kickoff, Brazilian midfield player, Souza had an accident and he was replaced by Ogihara. Eight minutes later, Toyokawa smashed an excellent opener, making a good start. In 16th minute, Sekido provided a good cross, but it was blocked by the opponent's defender. In 31st minute, Cerezo's attacker, Kiyohara equalized the game, bringing forces to Osaka. Right before the break, Toyokawa was not able to grasp the chance, provided by Akamine.

It is obvious that Cerezo Osaka are one of the title hopefuls in the division 2 this term. In 2015, this powerful club shockingly failed to promote to the top league, beaten by Avispa Fukuoka at the playoffs even though their strength is powerful enough to play in the division 1.
An ace attacker, Kakitani came back to Osaka from FC Basel in Switzerland this year. Needless to say, he is very talented and can be viewed as a threat. He has been ever-present this season and he has already scored four goals so far. On their bench, several well-known attackers stand-by such as Tamada, Tashiro and Sekiguchi. They are all experienced and caution needed.

On the other hand, in 87th minute, Yokohama's defender, Ichimura stroke an opener. Two minutes later, Osaka successfully equalized the match, but they were not able to defeat the home club.

During the match, Okayama made a strong showing. However, in 24th minute, Honda Rock scored an opener. Before the break, Okayama's attacker, Fujioka equalized the game with a penalty kick. At the end of the match, the game was shockingly finalized by Honda Rock's midfielder, Yamada. As a result, Next were defeated.

This sec, a veteran, Kaji did not appear because of his suspension. A young playmaker, Yajima was not listed for this match since he was called up for under 23 international team. Instead of them, Tanaka and Sekido played as a starter. While, former Fagiano 's man, Tamabayashi was listed as a starter.
After the kickoff, more chances belonged to the visitors. In 3rd minute, Tamabayashi took a header. Later, Okayama were mostly forced to play in their own territory, while, Ehime kept pressuring red-uniformed men. In 38th minute, Ito provided a cross, but nobody was able to grasp the chance. Seven minutes later, Ehime's striker, Kondo netted an opener. Okayama were not able to take any shots during the first period.
Nine minutes after the break, a rookie attacker, Fujimoto, who is from Ehime city, came off the bench to change the game. Later, Tanaka took a header for the first shot of this match. Match Preview 14th Sec : VS Ehime FC at City Light Stadium on May 22
Last term, Ehime made a big breakthrough, finishing in the 5th place therefore, the orange-uniformed club successfully advanced to the playoffs. Even though Ehime were defeated by Cerezo Osaka at the playoffs, the team had a great impact on the division 2 League.
This season, Ehime acquired an attacker, Sakano on a loan from a powerful club, Urawa Reds. In 2015, he appeared in 41 games and netted six goals for Tochigi SC. This season, he has constantly been in the field with two goals so far. He can be viewed as a threat.
At 13th sec, Ehime faced Kyoto Sanga FC. During the first half, More possession belonged to Kyoto, while Ehime struggled to attack. The first period ended in a scoreless tie. After the interval, Ehime had several chances, but they were not able to finalize the game, while, at the end of match, Kyoto stroke a decisive, defeating Ehime.
