Match Preview 15th Sec : VS Cerezo Osaka at Yanmer Stadium Nagai on May 28

It is obvious that Cerezo Osaka are one of the title hopefuls in the division 2 this term. In 2015, this powerful club shockingly failed to promote to the top league, beaten by Avispa Fukuoka at the playoffs even though their strength is powerful enough to play in the division 1. 


An ace attacker, Kakitani came back to Osaka from FC Basel in Switzerland this year. Needless to say, he is very talented and can be viewed as a threat. He has been ever-present this season and he has already scored four goals so far. On their bench, several well-known attackers stand-by such as Tamada, Tashiro and Sekiguchi. They are all experienced and caution needed.


At 14th sec, Osaka met Yokohama FC at Nippatsu Mitsuzawa Stadium. During the match, Cerezo struggled to score even though the team mostly dominated the game. On the other hand, in 87th minute, Yokohama's defender, Ichimura stroke an opener. Two minutes later, Osaka successfully equalized the match, but they were not able to defeat the home club.
 

This season, Osaka were expected to run in the top group, but as of now, the club stay in the 4th place with 25 points. At present, Okayama have 25 points and stay two places higher than Osaka because of goal differences. Therefore, the match is expected to be very tough.
