Last season, Okayama were defeated by the opponent at both home and away matches. They were not able to score any goals at all against Shiga. In order to remain in Japan Football League next year, Next were expected to defeat the rival.

 
This sec took place in Tsuyama. Even though, 306 fans came to the stadium, Next were not able to bring a victory to their supporters. In 27th minute, Mio's striker, Kubo stroke an opener. One minute later, their attacker, Sekiguchi added a goal. On the other hand, during the added time, Okayama's young defender, Kidoku netted a goal. However, the red-uniformed club were not able to equalize the match.

 
On May 14, Okayama face Verspah OITA in Oita. An attacker. Yu KIJIMA is the one to watch out for. He used to play for Shimizu S-Pulse and Oita Trinita before. He is experienced and plays a spiritual pillar.
