The club's transfer information #4 / 2019

The club welcomed talented playmaker, Shiroi from Mito Hollyhock. He has scored two goals in 40 appearances. He can also play as a winger so that he can be head coach, Arima's favorite.


An attacker, Shimizu, who used to play for Okayama in 2013 and 2014, returns Okayama from Omiya Ardija. In 2019, he played as a first choice for Mito Hollyhock on a loan.


The club signed with young goal keeper, Popp William. Last year, he played for Oita Trinita on a loan from Frontale. He is expected to cover up for Ichimori.

2019:Gainare Tottori needed more for the promotion

In 2019, Tottori made a strong showing. The outfit made efforts for the promotion throughout the season and finished in the 7th position.

During the season, young attacker, Hayashi established his presence as an ace striker. He has scored 11 goals in 27 appearance and made a great contribution for his club.


In 2020, the club seem to target the promotion to the upper league therefore it is essential to keep Hayashi and enhance their strength.

2019:Matsue City FC barely survived in JFL

Matsue City FC, aiming for J League in the near future, had a tough season in their first year in JFL even though they were expected to make a breakthough before the term.


During the season, the club revealed the lack of ability to win with only 26 goals in 30 matches, which was the worst in 16 JFL clubs. At the last sec, Matsue barely secured getting out of the relegation zone.


In an upcoming season, the outfit are expected to sign with some talented players, in order to compete for the promotion to J League division 3.

The club's transfer information #2 / 2019

Young attacker, Kobota leave Okayama after one-year loan from 2018 Asian Champion, Kashima Antlers. He has 25 appearances with no goal.


Another young striker, Nakano was a loan contract from Jubilo Iwata, won't play in a red next year. He has scored five goals in 24 appearances.


Young midfield player, Nishimura gets back to his former club, Shimizu S-Pulse. He was not able to play in the pitch for Okayama this year.

The club's transfer information #1 / 2019

After the end of the regular season, Fagiano have started reorganizing the club. As of now, the outfit already announced that some of the players leave and join Okayama.


The club's new signing, Noguchi is expected to enhance the club's attacking. He is the graduate of Chuo university.


Young attacker, Matsumoto leaves Okayama. He has no appearances this season. He is expected to improve himself in his new team.

Head coach, Arima placed some fresh players in the starting line-up. Young Korean, YOU Yong Hyeon made a debut in J League. Experienced defenders, Hamada and Mukuhuara were back as starter. Two forwards, Lee Yong-Jae and Yamamoto were expected to score a goal. 



After the kickoff, Arima's men struggled to control the game. In the 8th minute, Mukuhara showed a good defense in his club's box. In the 16th minute, veteran centre back, Goto's header was off target. In the 25th minute, experienced playmaker, Ueda's corner was cleared by Mito. Two minutes later, goal keeper, Ichimori made an excellent saving. In the 42nd minute, the visitors conceded an opening goal. Right before the break, Ueda almostfound the net with his set-piece.


After the interval, in the 57th minute, Ueda stroke a mid-range shot. One minute later, YOU Yong Hyeon was replaced by veteran forward, Akamine. In the 59th minute, Ichimori showed another superb saving. In the 67th minute, Lee Yong-Jae nearly equalized the game. Afterwards, two youngsters, Takeda and Kubota came off the bench to change the game. In the 84th minute, Lee Yong-Jae missed another chance for an equalizer. Later, the red-uniformed men had a few set-pieces, but they were not able to grasp these and defeated by the rival. As a result, Okayama ended up with 65 points in the 9th position in 2019.
