During the match, the visitors struggled to have a possession. In the 10th minute, veteran goal keeper, Kanayama showed a fine saving. In the 29th minute, Saito entered the opponent's box but he was blocked by Yamagata. In the 38th minute, Uejo opened the score with his superb volley from their corner. Okayama took the lead. 

Five minutes after the break, Uejo failed to double their lead. In the 59th minute, Kawamoto came off the bench. Afterwards, the red-uniformed men were forced to deal with Yamagata's pressure. In the 79th minute, Yamamoto was sent onto the pitch to clinch the game. Even though Okayama were not able to add a second, they successfully kept a clean sheet against Yamagata.

This sec, two youngsters, Miyazaki and Kimura were back in the starting line-up. Korean ace striker, LEE Yong-Jae was not listed for this match. An experienced attacker, Saito was expected to cover up for him.


Seven minutes after the kickoff, Miyazaki created a goal -scoring chance, but it was an offside. Afterwards, the visitors aggressively kept pressing against the opponent. However, they struggled to create chances due to the slippery pitch. In the 21st minute, Uejo's volley was side-netted, provided by Saito. In the 28th miute, Uejo tried to open the score with his mid-range shot. In the 33rd minute, Saito's header was denied by Yamaguchi's goal keeper. Three minutes later, Kanayama showed a good saving. The first ended in a scoreless tie.


Kimura was replaced by Sekido. One minute after the interval, Uejo entered the rival's box and tried to smash the net. In the 52nd minute, young centre back, Inoue headed off target. Right after that, Uejo's attempt was ballooned over the bar. A few minutes later, he almost made an opening goal. In the 66th minute, Paulinho and Kawamoto came off the bench to change the game, but it remained the same. During the added time, Kanayama made a superb saving. As a result, both club shared a point.

The rival club ended up at the bottom of the league table last season. Fortunately they were not relegated due to the special measures of the Covid-19 pandemic. This new season, Yamaguchi are expected to revive themselves.


The club signed with a new head coach, Watanabe, the former division 1 club, Vegalta Sendai. He has a strong leadership and seems the right person to reform Yamaguchi. This is PRIDE OF CHISHIKOKU DERDY so that the match should be very heated.

This sec, a new signing, Kawamoto was placed in the starting line-up for the first time this season. He was expected to create lots of chances. While, former Fagiano centre back, Goto was on the reserve list.


Six minutes after the kickoff, Shirai nearly found the net. In the 17th minute, Uejo's attempt was off target. In the 27th minute, Inoue's header was stopped by Sagamihara's goal keeper. Two minutes later, Kanayama showed a fine saving. In the 39th, Shirai failed to smash the net. Right before the interval, Uejo was not able to grasp a chance.


One minute after the break, Uejo's long-ranged shot hit the post. In the 55th minute, Kawamoto almost opened the score. In the 58th minute, Uejo's free kick was slightly over the bar. Right after that, Miyazaki and LEE Yong-Jae came off the bench to change the game. In the 81st minute, Kiyama tried to hit the target. In the 88th minute, Kimura's header was off target. Afterwards, the red-uniformed men were not able to clinch the match. The game ended in a scoreless tie.

Sagamihara is a newly-promoted club. Their mission this season is to survive in the division 2. Before this term, the rival club signed with some talents to prepare for their first challenge in the league. For Okayama, they are expected to obtain three points against the visitors.


Sagamihara signed with former Fagiano centre back, Goto before this term. He know well about Okayama so that the red-uniformed men are required to be careful about that.

This sec, head coach, Arima placed the same starting line-up  as the last sec. An ace striker, LEE Yong-Jae still remained sidelined so that an experienced attacker, Saito was expected to cover up for him.

 

Nine minutes after the kickoff, Okayama's corner was denied by the opponent. In the 15th minute, Kawano almost found the net. In the 20th minute, Shirai was not able to make a shot on target.  Afterwards, the home club struggled to push forward under the rival's pressure. In the 40th minute, Okayama conceded an opener. Three minutes later, Saito missed the chance to equalize the game.

 

Two minutes after the break, a captain, Hamada nearly smash the net from their set-piece. In the 57th minute, Yamamoto came off the bench to change the game. One minute later, Shirai almost made an equalizer. In the 79th minute, Uejo was not able to grasp a chance. In the 83rd minute, Kanayama showed a superb saving. Later, the red-uniformed men failed to make it tie.

Kanazawa finished in the 18th place last year. During the season, they were not able to establish solid defenses. This season, they aim to compete for the promotion race. This is the opening match at home stadium of 2021 season so that Okayama are expected to defeat the rival and bring joy to their fans. 

 

This year, Kanazawa signed with young defender, Matsuda on a loan from the second placed of the 2020 devision 1, Gamba Osaka. He is expected to enhance Kanazawa's defensive strength. While, Okayama's attacker are expected to smash the net and bring a victory to their fans.

This is the opening match of 2021 season. Some of the new signings were placed in the starting line-up. Young attacker, Miyazaki was one of these. He was expected to conclude the game with his goal. While, former Fagiano playmaker, Ueda started the game.


After the kickoff, Okayama struggled to create chances. In the 4th minute, Shirai's attempt was denied by the opponent. In the 22nd minute, a penalty was given to the visitors. Miyazaki scored an opener. In the 28th minute, a veteran goal keeper, Kanayama showed a fine saving. Afterwards, Okayama aggressively kept attacking forward.


After the break, the game remained the same, but Okayama struggled to make shots. In the 62nd minute, Shirai's corner was cleared by Tochigi. In the 69th minute, Yamamoto and Abe came off the bench. Six minutes later, Kiyama doubled their lead with his superb strike. In the 86th minute, Saito almost added the third. As a result, Arima's men successfully kept a clean sheet.
