After the kickoff, home club aggressively kept attacking forward. In the 4th minute, Kawamoto headed off, crossed by Kawano. Two minutes later, Uejo's attempt was blocked by the opponent. In the 10th minute, Kimura missed the chance to open the score. In the 25th minute, rookie attacker, Kimura stroke a superb opener, assisted by Kawano. Afterwards, Arima's men mostly dominated the game. Right before the interval, Uejo tried to add a second with a free kick.


Seven minutes after the break, Kawano failed to double their lead. In the 60th minute, Kawamoto was replaced by Abe. In the 71st minute, Uejo almost found the net. One minute later, he was not able to grasp another chance. Arima sent two young sters, Fukumoto and Shimoguchi onto the pitch. In the 86th minute, Okayama took a counter attack to conclude the game. Later, the red-uniformed men successfully kept a clean sheet.

In 2020, Kitakyushu made a surprise, finishing in the 5th place. After the season, several talented players left the club so that the club are now required to build up themselves again from the beginning.


One of the key players is playmaker, Takahashi. He has been constantly present this season so far. He can trigger the club's attacking. Okayama defenders are required to stop him doing his jobs as much as possible.

Veteran forward, Saito was sidelined due to his injury. Two young attackers, Kawamoto and Miyazaki were back in the starting line-up. Uejo was on the reserve list. He was expected to conclude the game.


During the first half, Okayama were in the driving seat. In the 4th minute, they missed the chance to open the score. In the 15th minute, Yamamoto's attempt was blocked by Gunma. Three minutes later, Kawamoto was not able to grasp another chance. In the 26th minute, Yamamoto stroke a shot, but it was offside. In the 35th minute,rookie playmaker, Hikida's strike was side-netted. The first period ended in a scoreless tie.


After the break, the game changed. In the 50th minute, an experienced gool keeper, Kanayama showed a fine saving. Four minutes later, the visitors conceded an opening goal. Right after that, Uejo came off the bench to change the game. In the 61st minute, Kanayama made a superb saving. In the 72nd minute, Shirai missed to equalize the match. In the 85th minute, Uejo nearly made an equalizer. As a result, the red-uniformed were defeated by Gunma.

This season, they aim to survive in this severe season. Therefore, the rival club signed with some talented players to secure their division 2 status.


An ace striker, Omae is one of the key players. The red-uniformed men should be careful for his speed and shooting ability.  Former Fagiano goal keeper, Masubara has been constantly present this season. He must be highly motivated against Okayama.

This sec, a rookie playmaker, Hikida started the game for the first time in his career. Veteran forward, Saito was expected to score his first goal this term.


In the 10th minute, Shirai's cross was cleared by the opponent. In the 20th minute, Uejo nearly smash the net. In the 33th minute, Hikida stoke a shot, but it was off target. Four minutes later, Shirai's attempt was blocked by the rival. Right before the interval, a corner was given to the home club. Shimoguchi brought a lead to his club with an excellent strike.


Four minutes after the break, Hikida's attempt was ballooned over the bar. In the 54th minute, Uejo almost found the net with his mid-range shot. In the 67th minute, Yamamoto was not able to shoot after receiving a ball in Mito's box. In the 70th minute, Okayama conceded an equalizer. In the 75th minute, Kanayama  showed a fine saving. In the 85th minute, Saito was replaced by Miyazaki due to his injury. In the 86th minute, Fukumoto's header was denied by Mito's goal keeper. In the 89th minute, Mito made a clincher. As a result, the red-uniformed men were not able to bring a victory to their fans at their home stadium.

Last year, Mito ended up in the 9th position. This season, Mito aim for the ticket for the upper league therefore, Mito made a deals with several talented players.  


The rival's key player is an experienced attacker, Nakayama. He is especially good with heading, can be a target man. In 2020, he scored 13 goals in 38 appearances. Former Mito man, Shirai seems highly motivated against his former club.

This is PRIDE OF CHUSHIKOKU DERBY. This sec, Shimoguchi started the game instead of the first-choice left back, Tokumoto. Former Fagiano forward, Fujimoto was on the reserve list.


After the kickoff, the visitors aggressively kept forward. In the 3rd minute, Uejo's free kick was ballooned over the bar. In the 7th minute, Saito's header was cleared by Ehime. Afterwards, the rival club were in the driving seat. In the 23rd minute, Okayama conceded an opening goal. In the 28th minute, Hamada's header was denied by Ehime's keeper. Right after that, Ehime added a second. While, Arima's men struggled to create chances. In the 41st minute, Hamada missed to find the net with his header from their corner.


After the interval, Yamamoto was sent onto the pitch to change the game. In the 50th minute, Shirai stroke a mid-range shot. Seven minutes later, Shirai was not able to grasp another chance. In the 62nd minute, Uejo showed a fantastic mid-range shot. Right after that, Okayama failed to equalize the game. In the 64th minute,Yamamoto nearly made it tie. Right after that, Kimura's header was off target. In the 72nd minute, Kawano made a cut-in and tried to find the net. Four minutes later, Saito's header was denied by the opponent. During the added time, Hikida made a superb equalizer, making it tie.

This is PRIDE OF CHUSHIKOKU DERBY. Okayama visit the rival in the same region. This season, the rival aim to survive in the division 2 since four clubs will be relegated to the lower league.  


Former Fagiano attacker, Fujimoto is one of the key players in Ehime.He must be motivated to get a goal this term against his former club. The red-uniformed men are required to mark him with an extra care if he appears.

This sec, an experienced forward, Yamamoto started the game for the first time this season. He was expected to improve his team's attacking. Rookie attacker, Kimura was on the reserve list to change the game. 

Five minutes after the kickoff, Miyazaki tried to enter Iwata's box, but he was blocked by the opponent. In the 10th minute, Uejo's free kick was stopped by Iwata. Afterwards, the home club struggled to enter Iwata's end. In the 28th minute, Saito entered the box but he was able to create a chance.  Before the break, Yamamoto tried to find the net with his header. 

After the interval, the game remained the same. In the 49th minute, Okayama conceded an opener. In the 71th minute, Arima sent Kimura and Kawamoto onto the pitch to change the game. In the 77th minute, Uejo missed the chance to equalize the game with his free kick. During the added time, Shirai's corner could not make it tie. The red-uniformed men lost points.

Match Prview 6th Sec : VS Jubilo Iwata at City Light Stadium on April 4

Last year, Iwata failed to get back to the division 1. For the powerful club, the promotion is a must so that the outfit signed with some talents during the transfer period.


An experienced attacker, Otsu is one of these. He can trigger the club's attacking and it seems that he has a good partnership with a legendary player, Endo. The red-uniformed men are required to mark him with an extra care.
